I provide estimates at no charge to the client. However, they are just that - an estimate of what I calculate it will cost for labor and materials to complete your project. I will do my very best to estimate the time of the task and the cost of materials needed to complete it. Please know, though, that estimating is not an exact science. Problems occasionally arise after work has begun. This may result in requiring more time or materials not previously anticipated, and, thus, not reflected on the original estimate. I will do my best to minimize this.
